Job summary

JLL is seeking a Concierge for a leading Financial Services client in Melbourne to be the first point of contact on site. You will deliver a high-quality lobby experience, manage visitor registrations, and coordinate day-to-day front-of-house operations across multiple shifts (8am–4pm and 10am–6pm).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a professional front-of-house experience by welcoming clients, visitors, contractors, and employees
  • Always represent the client and JLL brand professionally within a high-profile multinational corporate environment.
  • Manage visitor arrivals and registrations through the Visitor Management System (EMS).
  • Maintain presentation and operational control of reception and foyer areas in line with workplace policies and procedures.
  • Respond to enquiries and provide workplace assistance to staff and visitors.
  • Coordinate visitor pre-arrivals (where required), meeting host notifications, and on-arrival logistics.
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs and support compliance requirements aligned to site processes.
  • Workplace coordination and service requests.
  • Act as a central point of contact for workplace support queries.
  • Facilities/service requests, wayfinding, meeting room support coordination, and amenities queries.
  • Triage issues, coordinate with relevant teams/providers, and follow through to closure to protect service quality and timeliness.
  • Manage security access processes including issuing, programming, auditing, and reconciling staff, visitor, and contractor access cards.
  • Build effective relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver a professional workplace and front-of-house experience within a corporate financial services environment.
  • Coordinate visitor management through EMS, maintain reception and foyer standards, and respond to workplace enquiries and support requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Support workplace health, safety, and security practices by maintaining awareness of site risks, escalating issues appropriately, and assisting with emergency response, incident management, and evacuation procedures.
  • Monitor and report building or security concerns to the Facilities Management team while delivering a professional front-of-house experience through visitor management, workplace assistance, and maintaining reception and foyer standards in line with site procedures.

  • Support incident response procedures as required (within training and site protocols).
  • Provide guidance and on-the-job support to new or entry-level team members; assist with training on procedures and service standards.

What this job involves

As the Concierge for a leading Financial Services client, you are the first point of contact for visitors on site. You are responsible for delivering a high-quality, professional lobby and visitor experience while coordinating day-to-day front-of-house operations. The role manages a broad range of workplace support activities (visitor management, meeting support coordination, service requests triage, communications, and vendor/interface coordination) and resolves non-routine enquiries using judgement within site and client procedures.

Flexibility working in shifts to cover hours; Shared role covering 2 shifts and the hours are 8am to 4pm and 10am to 6pm.

What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like
Front-of-house experience and service delivery
  • Deliver a professional front-of-house experience by welcoming clients, visitors, contractors, and employees

  • Manage visitor arrivals and registrations through the Visitor Management System (EMS).

Visitor management and hosting
  • Coordinate visitor pre-arrivals (where required), meeting host notifications, and on-arrival logistics.
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs and support compliance requirements aligned to site processes.
  • Workplace coordination and service requests
  • Act as a central point of contact for workplace support queries (facilities/service requests, wayfinding, meeting room support coordination, amenities queries).

Security Access and Badge Management
  • Manage security access processes including issuing, programming, auditing, and reconciling staff, visitor, and contractor access cards, while maintaining accurate records and supporting onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and reporting requirements.
  • Build effective relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver a professional workplace and front-of-house experience within a corporate financial services environment.
  • Coordinate visitor management through EMS, maintain reception and foyer standards, and respond to workplace enquiries and support requests professionally and efficiently.
Work Safety and Emergency Support
  • Support workplace health, safety, and security practices by maintaining awareness of site risks, escalating issues appropriately, and assisting with emergency response, incident management, and evacuation procedures.

  • Maintain front-of-house procedures, checklists, and daily/weekly logs (e.g., handovers, incidents, service follow-ups).
