Clever Contacts in Strathpine, QLD is seeking a Communications Representative for a phone-based customer engagement role. You will receive structured training and coaching while developing valuable communication and relationship-building skills in a supportive team.

About The Role

This is a phone-based customer engagement role where you’ll speak with existing supporters and have positive, professional conversations.

You’ll receive structured training and ongoing coaching while developing valuable skills in communication, customer engagement and relationship building.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with existing supporters over the phone

• Having positive and professional conversations

• Building rapport and strong customer relationships

• Discussing ongoing support opportunities

Location & Hours

Location: Strathpine, QLD

Monday–Thursday: 10:00am–7:00pm

Alternate Fridays: 10:00am–6:15pm

With a 9-day fortnight, you’ll have every second Friday off.
