Job summary

Uniform Hero is seeking a personable sales/relationship-building professional to grow our customer base and nurture long-term client partnerships. You’ll follow up enquiries, call prospects, and help develop outreach materials while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with some training at our Coolum facility. Expect ~25–30 hours per week at a competitive 40–50 AUD per hour plus potential bonuses.

Uniform Hero creates custom uniforms and branded apparel for sporting clubs, businesses and community groups. We’re looking for someone to help grow our customer base while giving our most valuable clients exceptional attention.

What you’ll do

• Follow up enquiries and turn interested prospects into customers
• Call potential customers and uncover new opportunities
• Build relationships with high-value clients and encourage repeat business
• Help develop outreach campaigns and sales materials
• Keep customer conversations organised and moving forward
• Bring ideas to improve how we find and convert customers
• Customer correspondence including emails and phone calls.

We are open to work from home arrangement for the right candidate with some training at our Coolum facility. The role is around 25-30 hours per week, with flexibility in how those hours are arranged.

The rate is $40-$50 per hour plus super, with potential bonuses available.
