Afternoon / evening Call Centre Fundraisers – No Experience Needed

Flexible afternoon/ evening shifts | $34.96 per hour + super + incentives | Paid training | Immediate start

Looking for flexible afternoon and early-evening work that fits around your life—and supports a great cause?

We are a busy well-established Gold Coast call centre raising funds for one of Australia’s best-known charities. We’re currently expanding our afternoon/evening team and looking for friendly people who enjoy talking with others.

Every shift helps support hospitals, patients and life-changing research.

About the role

You’ll make warm, engaging outbound calls to supporters inviting them to take part in exciting life changing charity prize and lottery opportunities.

Never worked in a call centre before? That’s completely fine.

Some of our best team members had never worked in a call centre, sales or fundraising before joining us and some have been with us for 30 years. They simply brought a friendly personality, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn—and we taught them the rest. You’ll receive paid training, ongoing coaching and plenty of support from our experienced team. If you enjoy talking to people, we’d love to hear from you.

Our afternoon shifts operate between3.00 pm and 8.00 pm, with various start times available.
