Qualifications

• Recognised culinary training and employment experience.
• Commercial cookery certification and safe food handling certificate or food safety supervisor.

• Able to communicate clearly.
• Flexible availability for mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food served meets standards and is presented on time with high quality.
• Adhere to health, safety, and HACCP regulations.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and efficiency in food preparation.
• Receive ongoing training from senior chefs.
• Handle a range of kitchen tasks from dishwashing to meal preparation.
