• Solid understanding of food safety standards and HACCP.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Work with the kitchen team to coordinate dinner service and food preparation.
• Prepare and present menu items with variety and flair.
• Maintain stock rotation and minimise wastage with stock control procedures.
• Keep kitchen areas clean and orderly; ensure equipment is maintained and cleaned.
• Assist with implementation of hygiene and cleanliness programs.
