Workers Hubertus in Luddenham, NSW is seeking a skilled Commis Chef / Cook to join a fast-paced hospitality kitchen. You will report to the Senior Chef de Partie and contribute to delivering high‑quality dishes while upholding food safety and cleanliness.

This part-time role offers a flexible roster (Wed–Sun, mix of days/evenings/weekends) with up to 37 hours per week and onsite parking. Relevant qualifications and transport are essential for the role.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Commis Chef / Cook in a professional kitchen.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is required or desirable.
• Strong food preparation and presentation skills.
• Sound understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Able to work a roster Wednesday to Sunday including evenings and weekends (max 37 hours).
• Own transport is essential.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook and present high‑quality dishes per menu specs.
• Maintain consistent food quality, portions and presentation.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and workplace safety compliance.
• Keep a clean, organised and well‑presented kitchen.
• Collaborate with Senior Chef de Partie and kitchen team.
