EVT Limited, at Rydges Camperdown, is seeking a casual Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll contribute to daily operations, delivering high-quality food across restaurant, IRD and Breakfast, while maintaining food safety and a great guest experience.

We’re after 1+ years of commis chef experience and a willingness to learn across all kitchen areas. Training is available, with a strong focus on teamwork and professional development.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience as a commis chef in hotels, restaurants or bistros.
• Experience working across different kitchen sections is ideal.
• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn across all kitchen areas.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and WH&S practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow procedures.
• Excellent teamwork and communication with a professional attitude.
