Intrepid Travel is hiring a Commis Chef for Edge of the Bay Resort, Coles Bay, Tasmania. This on-site role involves supporting kitchen operations, preparing dishes, and upholding high food safety standards in a beautiful beachfront location.

The successful candidate will have experience in a food offering operation, knowledge of varied cooking techniques, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Working holidays visa candidates are welcome.

Qualifikationen

• Experience within a food offering operation.
• Experience and knowledge in different cooking techniques, styles and procedures.
• Good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to cater for dietaries without compromising on enjoyment.
• Ability to work as a team and to assist in all operations of the kitchen.
• A natural communicator who finds it easy to chat to guests.
• Passionate about great food, great teamwork and a great attitude

Aufgaben

• Join kitchen team to elevate a dining experience.
• Cater for up to 30 guests at a time.
• Ensure high levels of food safety and hygiene.
• Work on-site at Coles Bay, Tasmania.
