Job summary

The Ambassador Hotel Taipei – Redcliffe QLD is seeking a committed full-time Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. You will assist with the preparation, cooking and plating of meals during service, contributing to high-quality presentation and consistency.

Applicants should have previous professional experience in a fast-paced kitchen and hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. The role requires flexibility to work days, nights and weekends, with a positive attitude and strong time

The Ambassador of Redcliffe is currently seeking a committed & qualified full-time Commis Chef to join our established kitchen team. Previous professional experience in a fast-paced kitchen

You can work with autonomy to manage your own time and follow direction while un-supervised

Strong WH&S knowledge and HACCAP Food Handling experience

Strong knowledge of kitchen procedures and operations
