Job summary

Billy Chow' in Coolangatta, Queensland, is seeking a Commis chef to join our dynamic kitchen team on a full-time basis. You will support the Head Chef and Senior Chefs, helping to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• Passion for food and keen interest in culinary arts.
• Some experience in a commercial kitchen environment, either as a commis chef or apprentice.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Relevant culinary qualifications or commitment to undertaking an apprenticeship program.
