Job summary

Brisbane Logistics in Brisbane, Queensland is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the company's commercial growth across freight, 3PL warehousing and transport services. Reporting to the Group Director, you will identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships and oversee the sales function to drive profitability.

You will work with operations to align commitments with capability, manage pricing, proposals and negotiations, and report on performance.

Qualifications

• Proven senior sales leadership in logistics.
• Strong commercial acumen including pricing and margin management.
• Experience building strategic customer relationships and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across freight, 3PL warehousing, distribution and transport.
• Lead and manage the sales function to achieve revenue and gross profit targets.
• Establish pricing governance and negotiate customer contracts to secure sustainable margins.
• Monitor market trends and opportunities for expansion and report on performance.
