Lineage Logistics is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager - Integrated Solutions (Transport & Freight) to lead growth across Australia. You will win new transport business, develop strategic partnerships and design tailored freight solutions leveraging Lineage's warehousing and cold storage footprint to unlock value for customers.

The role requires a proven track record in road transport sales, strong commercial acumen and ability to shape long-term customer partnerships.

Competenze

Significant business development experience in road transport, freight, 3PL or integrated supply chain environments.
Proven success winning new transport business and delivering revenue growth.
Strong understanding of transport operations, pricing models and customer supply chain requirements.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation and communication skills.

Deliver profitable revenue growth through new customer acquisition in transport & freight.
Identify, develop and convert opportunities across refrigerated, regional and interstate networks.
