Green Life Clinics is expanding across Victoria and seeks an experienced Business Operations Manager to take full ownership of one high‑performing location. This hands‑on role leads clinic, dispensary and patient experience to ensure compliance, profitability and top service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, pharmacy, clinic or multidisciplinary operational environments.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs, labour performance, commercial outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Strong people leadership—coaching, performance management, standards setting and team development.
• Experience with clinic/dispensary systems (3CX, Halaxy or similar).
• High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to compliance and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across clinic, practitioners, concierge and dispensary functions.
• Drive commercial performance: site KPIs, practitioner productivity, dispensary results, revenue and profitability.
• Own the site P&L, labour management, roster efficiency and cost control.
• Monitor patient flow, appointment utilisation and workflow coordination to maximise throughput.
• Build a high-performing, accountable culture with clear standards and development.
• Ensure compliance across operational, healthcare, pharmacy and workplace requirements.
• Identify risks and act early to resolve operational, financial, compliance and people-related issues.
• Oversee onboarding, training, performance conversations and team development.
• Implement new processes and initiatives smoothly and consistently.
• Maintain collaboration between practitioners, pharmacists and support teams for seamless patient experience.
