Job summary

Green Life Clinics and Dispensaries seeks a commercially minded Operations Manager to run a high‑performing Victoria location. This hands‑on role oversees clinic, dispensary and patient experience, driving profitability and compliance.

You will own the site P&L, manage labour and rosters, monitor patient flow and implement improvements to deliver consistent, high standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ leadership experience in healthcare or related operations.
• Experience owning and driving site KPIs, P&L and staffing efficiency.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong governance and risk handling.
• Hands-on, floor-based leadership with the ability to coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across clinic, dispensary and concierge.
• Drive commercial performance: KPIs, productivity, revenue and profitability.
• Own site P&L, labour planning, roster efficiency and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare, pharmacy and workplace requirements.
• Oversee onboarding, training, performance conversations and development.
• Implement new processes and measure impact across the site.
• Collaborate with practitioners, pharmacists and support teams to optimise patient experience.
