Job summary

Green Life Clinics is expanding across Victoria and seeks an experienced Business Operations Manager to take full ownership of one high-performing site. You’ll manage clinic, dispensary and concierge operations with a hands-on leadership style, driving commercial outcomes while ensuring compliance and patient-centred care.

You’ll lead teams, optimise workflows, monitor KPIs, and maintain profitable operations with strong collaboration across practitioners and support staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, pharmacy, retail, clinic or multidisciplinary operational environments.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs, labour performance, commercial outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Experience with governance, risk and compliance in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of clinic, dispensary and concierge functions.
• Drive site KPIs, practitioner productivity, revenue and profitability.
• Own site P&L, labour rosters, and cost controls.
• Monitor patient flow and appointment utilization for throughput.
• Build and maintain a high-performance, compliant culture.
