BVR Energy is seeking a seasoned appointment setter to join our customer-focused team. You will set appointments for commercial and industrial solar PV and battery solutions across Melbourne and Victoria.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in call centre or sales, proven appointment-setting experience, strong negotiation and listening skills, and a resilient, optimistic attitude. A dedicated quiet home office with fast internet is preferred; solar experience is a plus.

Key responsibilities

• Set appointments for solar and battery solutions over the call and also visiting clients if required.
• Conduct cold calling and outbound sales activities
• Negotiate with prospects to secure appointments
• Demonstrate listening skills and attention to detail
• Work in a results-driven, target-based environment

About you

• 1+ years of Call Centre, Sales experience, or Cold calling experience
• Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role
• Prior experience in results-driven settings: direct sales, B2B sales, telemarketing, cold calling, or other target-based roles
• Infectious energy and charisma
• Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
• Persuasive and results-oriented

BVR Energy is an established Melbourne-based Renewable Energy Retailer, Registered Electrical Contractor (REC) and EPC service provider with approximately 10 years of experience in the solar and battery industry. We deliver residential, commercial and industrial (C&I) solar PV and battery solutions across Melbourne and Victoria, supported by an experienced in-house team of approximately half a dozen solar electricians and apprentices.
