UltraVolt electrical services in Sydney is seeking an energetic appointment setter to convert enquiries into booked appointments for our solar and battery storage team. You'll handle incoming calls, qualify customer needs and move them along the sales funnel.

Work from our Sydney CBD base, earn hourly pay with super and performance-based commissions, and receive direct support from the sales and installation team to help homeowners take the next step toward solar energy.

Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting, telesales or phone-based customer service.
• Clear communication and a confident, professional phone manner.
• Demonstrated follow-up, organisation and reliability.
• Solar or battery industry experience highly regarded.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM is a bonus.

Confident on the phone and great at turning enquiries into appointments? Join Ultravolt Solar Services, an established Sydney solar and battery installation business operating since 2019.

Earn up to $35-40 per hour + super + performance-based commission.

Your role

Call and follow up incoming solar and battery enquiries.

Understand customers' needs and qualify their interest.

Book appointments for our sales team.

Confirm bookings and follow up missed appointments.

Keep customer details, call notes and follow-up tasks updated in our CRM.

Work towards agreed targets for qualified appointments and attendance.

What we're looking for

Experience in appointment setting, telesales or phone-based customer service.
