Job summary

BVR Energy is seeking a seasoned appointment setter to join our customer-focused team. You will set appointments for commercial and industrial solar PV and battery solutions across Melbourne and Victoria.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in call centre or sales, proven appointment-setting experience, strong negotiation and listening skills, and a resilient, optimistic attitude. A dedicated quiet home office with fast internet is preferred; solar experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Call Centre, Sales or Cold calling.
• Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or similar.
• Experience in target-based roles: direct/B2B telemarketing.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong listening and attention to detail.
• Resilient, optimistic and energetic.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Dedicated, noise-free home office with fast internet.
• Solar experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Set appointments for solar and battery solutions by phone, with client visits if needed.
• Conduct cold calling and outbound sales activities.
• Negotiate with prospects to secure appointments.
