Job summary

Beaumont Tiles in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Residential & Commercial team. You will manage a portfolio of commercial clients, strengthen partnerships, and grow revenue through new business, referrals, cross-selling and upselling.

You will provide knowledgeable advice, accurate quotations, and a high level of service from the initial conversation through to project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or business development.
• Track record of identifying opportunities and closing sales.
• Strong relationship-building and long-term client management.
• Experience with consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
• Confident using CRM systems and technology.
• Collaborative approach with internal teams.
• Positive, energetic and professional attitude.
• Experience in building, construction, trade or related industries is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts.
• Develop strong relationships and become a trusted adviser to clients.
• Identify new business opportunities within the commercial building sector.
• Promote Beaumont Tiles' full range of tiles, bathroomware, stone, hard flooring and trade products.
• Cross-sell and upsell products and services to existing customers.
• Prepare detailed quotations and client presentations.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the CRM.
• Attend client meetings, industry functions and networking events as required.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, Design, Showroom and Finance teams to support seamless project delivery.
• Provide consistent follow-up and a positive customer experience.
