Job summary

B&L Civil in Brisbane region is hiring a Combo Operator to join our civil construction crew. The ideal candidate brings at least four years' hands-on experience operating heavy machinery, including Posi Track and 5T excavators, and a range of attachments.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years' experience operating machinery in a civil construction environment.

Proficient in operating Posi Track and Excavators (5T).

Skilled with a wide range of Excavator and Skid Steer attachments.

Ability to load and unload machinery from trucks and trailers.

Hold a valid Construction Induction White Card.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A proactive approach to safety and risk management.

Valid MR Driver's License.

Ability to work independently with initiative.

Willingness to assist with other tasks as required.

Physically fit and ready for the demands of the job.
