Job summary

KBH Solutions Pty Ltd in Perth CBD is seeking an experienced Commercial Collections, Credit Control or Debt Recovery professional for a role in a high-performing team. The position offers hybrid flexibility, working from home and the office, with a supportive culture built on trust and results.

You will manage a portfolio of commercial and consumer accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, resolve disputes and maintain compliant records while hitting recovery targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections, credit control, mercantile services or debt recovery.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Organised, accurate and results-focused.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
