Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company in Decatur, IL seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the cogeneration facility's maintenance program. You will supervise maintenance and contract staff, set safety and reliability expectations, and collaborate with the Maintenance Superintendent and peers to plan work and improve uptime.

Your background includes 5+ years in industrial maintenance, strong leadership, and experience with Maximo, Coupa, and CTS.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years in an industrial maintenance setting.
• Knowledge in the use of Maximo, Coupa & CTS is preferred.
• Previous leadership/supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate parts, materials, and equipment access to improve workforce productivity, safety, and quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays.
• Work with the Maintenance Team on scheduling all available manpower.
• Ensure jobs are performed in a safe, timely manner.
• Ensure work areas and jobsites are kept clean at all times.
• Ensure all PMs are completed on time to a high quality standard.
• Maintain strong communication between Operations & Maintenance teams.
• Contact outside vendors/contractors for any needed services.
• Use Maximo and other computer systems to maintain records and reporting of maintenance information.
