Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company seeks an Electrical Supervisor (CoGen) to lead electrical maintenance and reliability programs in a Cogeneration facility. You will align PM/PdM standards, provide hands‑on technical leadership, and ensure safe, compliant contractor work across Cogeneration, Wet Mill, and Dry Grind areas.

The role emphasizes root cause analysis, outage planning, and asset lifecycle strategies, with focus on safety and adherence to NFPA 70E, LOTO, and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related electrical field or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities; familiar with PM/PdM processes and MAXIMO.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and standardize PM/PdM programs across Cogeneration areas.
• Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and support for major equipment failures.
• Oversee third‑party electrical contractors and audit workmanship for safety and quality.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners on outages, spare parts, and lifecycle plans.
• Lead root cause analysis for significant electrical events and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA 70E, LOTO, Arc Flash, and OSHA standards.
