Nespresso in New South Wales seeks an experienced retail leader to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead a dynamic team in a busy boutique. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and model outstanding service while promoting Nespresso products with passion.

The role involves a full-time rotating roster with late-night shifts and alternate weekends, offering career growth and comprehensive training within a supportive, inclusive culture.

This role follows a Full-Time (32 hour/44 hour per week) rotating roster with a mix of late-night trading shifts and alternate weekends.
