Job summary

Nespresso, part of Nestlé S.A., seeks an experienced boutique leader in Willoughby, NSW. This full-time role operates on a rotating roster with late-night shifts and alternate weekends, driving exceptional customer service and retail operations.

You will energise teams, share coffee knowledge, and cultivate a high-performance environment in-store.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail or hospitality.
• Strong customer service focus and frontline leadership.
• Ability to train, motivate and develop staff.
• Experience in coffee/beverage retail is a plus.

This role follows a Full-Time (32 hour/44 hour per week) rotating roster with a mix of late-night trading shifts and alternate weekends.
