Job summary

Lucas Collective in Melbourne is seeking experienced Cocktail Bartenders for casual positions across its premium venues, including Maison Bâtard. You will deliver best-in-class service, manage fast-paced bar operations and engage guests with style and flair.

Ideal candidates will have premium-venue bartending experience, immaculate presentation, strong communication, and a flexible roster that includes weekends and public holidays. RSA certification is required.

• Experience as a Bartender in a premium venue.
• Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations.
• Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively.

• Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• A valid RSA certificate.
