Grill Americano in Melbourne is seeking a Cocktail Bartender to join our team on a casual basis. Bring your bar skills, knowledge of cocktails, and passion for hospitality to deliver outstanding service across lunch and dinner shifts.

You will work with a vibrant team, handle a rotating roster including weekends, and hold a Victorian RSA certificate. Prior experience in a restaurant or bar and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this dynamic venue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a restaurant or bar environment.
• Knowledge of cocktails and beverage production.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations.
• Adaptable and able to multi-task.
• Time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude.
• Exceptional communication.
• Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.
