The Lucas Collective is hiring Bartenders for Grill Americano in Melbourne on a casual basis. You will deliver top-notch service, craft cocktails, and work with a skilled team to create memorable dining experiences.

Applicants should have 2+ years of cocktail bartending experience, knowledge of beverage preparation, and a valid Victorian RSA. A rotating roster including weekends and public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a restaurant or bar environment.
• Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations.
• Adaptable and able to multi-task.

Experience, skills and attributes:

• 2+ years experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a restaurant or bar environment
