Lucas Collective is seeking Bartenders to join Grill Americano in Melbourne on a casual basis. Bring your cocktail skills and passion for guest service to deliver outstanding drinks and experiences.

The role requires 2+ years as a cocktail bartender, knowledge of cocktails, and Victorian RSA certification. You’ll work a rotating roster including weekends and holidays, with paid training and staff discounts.

• Knowledge of cocktails and beverage production.
• Victorian RSA Certificate.
• Able to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for Bartenders to join our team on a casual basis. Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery, and work with talented and passionate hospitality professionals.

Experience, skills and attributes

• 2+ years experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a restaurant or bar environment
• Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
• Adaptable and able to multi-task
• Time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Exceptional communication
• Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
• Victorian RSA Certificate
