Job summary

The Lucas Collective in Melbourne is seeking experienced Cocktail Bartenders for casual roles across our premium venues. You will deliver a best-in-class guest experience, craft cocktails, and maintain exceptional service standards.

Ideal candidates have bartending experience in premium venues, RSA certification, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining immaculate presentation and strong communication. Salary is competitive with tips.

• Experience as a Bartender in a premium venue
