Job summary

Lucas Collective is seeking an experienced Bartender in Sydney to wow guests with classic cocktails, spirits and wine knowledge. Immediate start, 38 hours per week, and tips on top of hourly pay are available in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of cocktail bartending experience in high-volume venues, a strong service mindset, and RSA certification. Weekend and late-night shifts are required, with a focus on exceptional presentation and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• In-depth cocktail and spirit knowledge required.
• Wine knowledge is a plus.
• Weekend, public holiday and late-night availability required.
• RSA certificate holder is preferred.

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for experienced Bartenders well-versed in classic cocktails, spirits and wine knowledge. Waiting experience advantageous. Full availability and able to work 38 hrs is a must.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Must have in depth cocktail and spirit knowledge
• Extensive wine knowledge advantageous
• Drive for beverage service
• Passion for delivering outstanding service
• Proactive, strong work ethic with a \"can do\" attitude
• Outgoing personality
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent presentation and grooming
