Chin Chin Sydney is seeking an experienced bartender with a passion for cocktails, spirits and wine. The role demands full availability and a 38-hour work week in a high-volume environment, with shifts including weekends, public holidays and late nights.

The successful candidate will show in-depth cocktail knowledge, proactive service, and exceptional grooming and presentation. RSA certification is mandatory to join our Lucas Collective venues.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• In-depth cocktail and spirits knowledge required
• Wine knowledge advantageous
• Drive for beverage service and passion for outstanding service
• Proactive, can-do attitude with strong work ethic
• Outgoing personality with excellent presentation and grooming
• Able to work weekends, public holidays and late nights
• RSA certificate required

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for experienced Bartenders well-versed in classic cocktails, spirits and wine knowledge. Waiting experience advantageous. Full availability and able to work 38 hrs is a must.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high volume, fast-paced environment
