Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Must have cocktail and spirits knowledge.
• Wine knowledge is advantageous.
• Be driven to provide exceptional beverage service.
• Passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
• Outgoing personality and excellent presentation.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Available to work weekends, public holidays, and late nights.
• Must hold Victorian RSA certificate.

We are looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartenders who are proficient in cocktail shaking, spirits and thrives in a vibrant and bustling environment.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Demonstrated experience as a Bartender in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Must have cocktail and spirit knowledge
• Wine knowledge advantageous
• Drive for beverage service
• Passion for delivering outstanding service
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Outgoing personality
• Excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional presentation
• Must be able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and late nights
• Must have RSA certificate

• Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Victorian RSA Certificate
