Grill Americano Sydney is seeking an Experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our team. Full Time and Casual positions are available for someone with experience in a high-end bar or restaurant environment and a genuine interest in hospitality.

The ideal candidate must have cocktail experience in a premium venue, strong knowledge of beverages, exceptional guest service, the ability to multi-task and a valid RSA certificate.

• Professional presentation and strong communication.
• Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts.
• Must obtain valid RSA Certificate
