Job summary

Coogee Bay Hotel in Sydney's beachside precinct is seeking a Cocktail Bartender to join our team for the busy summer season, delivering unforgettable guest experiences. You will prepare and mix a variety of cocktails, maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, keep the bar stocked, and support events across our bars and dining spaces.

You will play a large role delivering unforgettable guest experiences across our bars, dining spaces, and functions over our busy summer period.

About the role:

• Deliver extraordinary guest experiences, every shift
• Prepare and mix a variety of traditional and sophisticated cocktails
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Keep the bar stocked, organised, and ready for service
• Comply with RSA regulations to ensure safe, professional service

About You:

• Flexible to work across a seven-day rotating roster (including New Year’s Eve)
• Solid knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail basics
• Driven to deliver quality beverages with attention to detail
• Confident under pressure, able to manage multiple guests at once
• 1+ year of bartending experience preferred
• Positive work ethic, team player attitude, and a love for hospitality
• Current RSA certificate required
