Job summary

Sea Sea Hotel in Crescent Head is seeking casual Bartenders and Baristas to join a refined team near the coast. You’ll craft cocktails, pour premium wines, and step out from behind the bar to engage guests in the restaurant. Baristas will know espresso inside out and help when busy.

You’ll work alongside kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a memorable Sea Sea experience, delivering polished service, and keeping service areas clean and running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience in bars, restaurants or cafes (high-end venues a plus).
• RSA certification.
• Available evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Well presented and hospitality is in your blood.

The Roles (Casual)

Bartenders: craft cocktails, pour premium wines, and step out from behind the bar to chat with guests in the restaurant.

Baristas: know your espresso inside out, and jump in on the bar when it gets busy.

You'll work side by side with our kitchen and front-of-house teams to create service guests remember long after they check out.
