Croydon Lane Wine & Tapas Bar in Cronulla is hiring a Bartender to drive the energy behind the bar and across the venue. You’ll craft outstanding drinks, connect with guests, and keep the night lively with a warm, intuitive service.

The role requires NSW RSA, proven cocktail knowledge, and a passion for premium hospitality. You’ll flex between bar service and floor duties in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

About the Role

As a Bartender at Croydon Lane, you’ll be a core player in driving the energy behind the bar and across the venue. You’ll craft outstanding drinks, build genuine connections with our guests, and keep the good times rolling.

What you’ll be doing:

• Craft & Pour: Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer with consistency, precision, and serious flair.

• Deliver the Vibe: Bring warm, intuitive service that turns first-time visitors into Croydon Lane regulars.

• Adapt & All-Round: Step out from behind the stick and jump on the floor whenever the team needs a hand - we’re dynamic, team-first, and all about seamless service!

• Stay Cool Under Pressure: Work confidently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment without dropping the ball on quality.

• Keep It Slick: Maintain an organised, immaculate bar setup throughout service.

• Product Mastery: Know our wine list, cocktail specs, and tapas menu like the back of your hand.

About You

You understand that great bartending is about far more than just shaking a drink - it’s about crafting an atmosphere, reading the room, and loving the art of hosting.

• Qualifications: Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card (essential).

• Experience: Proven background in quality cocktail bars or premium hospitality venues.

• Cocktail Mastery: Strong cocktail knowledge and effortless confidence behind the bar.

• The Hospitality Spark: A genuine passion for great drinks, good music, and creating memorable nights.

• All-Rounder Flexibility: Happy to flex between shaking cocktails and running the floor when service demands it.

• Composed & Professional: Calm, organised, and sharp under pressure.
