Sunstate Motorcycles in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Service Advisor and Workshop Controller to join our busy dealership. The role combines customer-facing service advice with day-to-day workshop workflow control.

You will be the main point of contact for service customers, manage bookings and quotes, and oversee technician utilisation to keep the workshop on time. A background in motorcycle services and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or Workshop Controller or similar in a dealership.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for service customers: booking jobs, quoting and updates.
• Control workshop workflow, job allocation and technician utilisation.
• Prioritise work to keep the workshop running efficiently and on time.
• Liaise between customers, technicians, parts and sales teams.
• Upsell servicing, maintenance packages and accessories where appropriate.
