Job summary

Sunco Motors is seeking a Service Advisor in Maroochydore to be the first point of contact for customers. This full-time role focuses on booking appointments, answering inquiries, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

You will handle daily admin tasks for the service and sales teams, nurture relationships with existing customers, and help grow our Sunshine Coast business within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

Bring your smile - you're our first point of contact

Book appointments, follow up and assist with customer enquiries

Proactively communicate with customers

Daily administration and support for the service and sales teams

Nurture our existing, loyal customer base and develop new customer relationships

About You:

Administration experience or excellent computer skills are essential

Know how to connect with people and understand what a quality customer service experience really means

Well-presented and professional presentation

Able to survive and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Follow a proactive, not reactive approach

Able to work Monday to Friday, 0730am - 1730pm
