Job summary

RACV Inverloch Resort is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to assume the Resort Operations Manager role during a major redevelopment and growth phase on Victoria's Bass Coast.

Reporting to the Resort Manager as the designated 2IC, you will oversee multiple departments, drive commercial performance, lead teams through change, and ensure exceptional experiences for members, guests and visitors throughout this pivotal period.

Qualifications

• Extensive hospitality/resort operations leadership experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial performance.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Customer-first mindset and commitment to service excellence.
• Experience in multi-outlet resort environment; change leadership.
• First Aid and OH&S qualifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop departmental leaders across the Resort.
• Drive operational excellence, service standards and team engagement.
• Support revenue growth, labour management and financial performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, guest experience.
• Contribute to business planning, forecasting and strategy.
• Manage compliance, risk, health and safety, and standards.
• Support resort-wide projects and transformation initiatives.
• Participate in Manager on Duty roster as required.
