Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking an experienced Park Manager to lead Hat Head Holiday Park on the Mid North Coast. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, guest experiences, and a team of around 12, with on-site manager accommodation provided.

This full-time, fixed-term role runs to 30 June 2027 with a planned start of 1 December 2026. You’ll balance guest satisfaction, safety, and commercial performance while engaging with Kempsey Shire Council and local suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a holiday park or hospitality operation.
• Hands-on, visible leadership style.
• Ability balance guest experience with commercial performance and operations.

• Manage and develop a small on-site team to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
