Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking experienced Park Managers to lead operations across our NSW and Victoria parks. You will live onsite, manage the park team, and drive guest experiences while overseeing budgets and compliance.

This is a leadership role with a hands-on approach in regional locations. You will bring strong hospitality or park-operations experience, a customer-centric mindset, and readiness to establish or operate a Pty Ltd structure where required.

Qualifications

• Experience in holiday parks or hospitality, tourism, accommodation, or similar operational roles (preferred).
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Willingness to live onsite and manage diverse park operations.
