Job summary

NRMA Parks and Resorts seeks an experienced Park Manager for Hat Head Holiday Park, on the Mid North Coast of NSW, with a planned start of 1 December 2026. This hands-on role will lead day-to-day operations and guest experiences in a coastal setting.

The position is full-time, fixed-term to 30 June 2027 and includes manager accommodation. You will work with a small team (~12) to balance guest satisfaction, commercial performance and high safety standards while collaborating with local

Qualifications

• Experience leading a holiday park, resort, or similar operation.
• Confident, visible, hands-on people leader.
• Ability to balance guest experience, commercial performance and standards.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills, including with local council.
• Comfortable doing day-to-day park operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day park operations with Grounds & Maintenance and Guest Services Supervisors.
• Create great guest experiences while keeping the park running safely and commercially.
• Partner with Kempsey Shire Council and other stakeholders.
