Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking an experienced Park Manager for Hat Head Holiday Park. Start date 1 December 2026, with a fixed-term contract to 30 June 2027 and manager accommodation provided. Lead day-to-day operations, including guest services and safety, in a coastal NSW location.

You will manage a small team, coordinate with grounds, maintenance and guest services, and ensure a high standard of guest experience while keeping the park financially viable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a holiday park, resort, or hospitality operation.
• Hands-on, visible leadership with a focus on service delivery.
• Ability to balance guest experience, commercial performance and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day park operations and guest services.
• Lead a small team of supervisors and staff to ensure safety, service and sustainability.
