Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts, Hat Head Holiday Park, is seeking an experienced Park Manager to start 1 December 2026 on a fixed-term contract to 30 June 2027. Manager accommodation is provided, with a team of around 12 staff to lead.

You will balance guest experience, safety, and commercial performance while guiding day-to-day operations and collaborating with local stakeholders. This coastal location offers a hands-on leadership opportunity.

Qualifications

• Has strong experience leading a holiday park, resort, accommodation or similarly operational environment.
• Is a confident, visible and hands‑on people leader.
• Knows how to balance guest experience, commercial performance and operational standards.
• Can build strong stakeholder relationships, including working effectively with Kempsey Shire Council.
• Is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and being part of the day-to-day life of the park.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day park operations alongside Grounds & Maintenance and Guest Services Supervisors.
• Balance guest experience with safety, efficiency and commercial performance.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including with local council.
• Provide visible leadership and hands-on involvement in daily park activities.
• Oversee accommodation and facilities to support guest satisfaction.
