Sea Sea in Crescent Head is seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This hands-on role suits a passionate chef ready to advance their career while enjoying the coastal lifestyle.

The team is small and close-knit, with opportunities for mentorship and growth in a rapidly growing boutique hotel setting near pristine beaches. You will help maintain high standards and contribute to seasonal menu updates.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Chef.
• Formal culinary qualification required.
• Must have Australian work rights or valid visa.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for service; stock, clean, cut and marinate ingredients.
• Cook and serve food; coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Assist with menu development and seasonal changes.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure consistent food quality.
