Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority is seeking enthusiastic Caravan Park Attendants for the Apollo Bay Recreation Reserve and Marengo Family Caravan Park during the peak summer period. The role involves preparing cabins, cleaning facilities, assisting guests, handling bookings, and maintaining park grounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, accommodation services or customer service.
• High attention to detail and pride in clean, welcoming spaces.
• Willingness to undertake physically active work outdoors when required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible with weekends, public holidays and peak periods.
• First Aid qualifications and experience using RMS (desirable).

Responsabilités

• Prepare cabins and accommodation to a high housekeeping standard.
• Clean amenities, communal facilities and public areas.
• Provide friendly customer service and guest assistance.
• Assist with reception, bookings and general enquiries.
• Maintain park grounds and overall presentation.
• Complete basic maintenance and handyman tasks.
• Support the team during busy holiday periods.
• Help create a positive guest experience for visitors.
