Job summary

Manly Pacific MGallery Collection in Sydney’s beachfront setting seeks an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our luxury kitchen team. You will craft breakfast dishes for a French-Med inspired offering, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced coastal environment.

Working hours from 4:30am to 1pm, you lead with passion, maintain high hygiene standards, and collaborate across service shifts, room service, and lobby/bar roles. Australian Working Rights are required.

Qualifications

• Energetic chef with passion for delivering consistent, beautifully executed dishes.
• Able to work 4:30am–1pm shifts in a luxury coastal kitchen.
• Experience leading busy breakfast service including buffet/live stations.
• Passionate about fresh produce, quality presentation and guest experience.
• Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
• Valid Australian working rights / visa essential.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Breakfast Chef to join the culinary team at our luxury beachfront hotel. Perfectly positioned on the beachfront, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values fresh produce and takes pride in creating elevated guest experiences.

About the Role

As part of our dynamic kitchen team, you will work across our unique French-Mediterranean inspired breakfast offering, alongside room service operations, with opportunities to contribute to our stunning Lobby Bar and spectacular Rooftop Bar featuring a refurbished pool and breathtaking ocean views.

Qualifications

About You! You are an energetic chef who is organised and passionate about delivering beautifully executed dishes with consistency and flair. Able to work the typical hours from 4:30am to 1pm, which offers the perfect work-life balance for early risers who enjoy having their afternoons free.

• Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef
• Confident leading and running a busy breakfast service, including buffet operations and live cooking stations
• Passionate about fresh food, quality presentation, and exceptional guest experiences
• Energetic, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced coastal luxury setting
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• A team-focused attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for guests
• Valid Australian Working Rights / Visa is essential
