Job summary

Maestro Hospitality's Cibaria Manly and 55 North Bar are seeking a Full-Time Breakfast Supervisor to lead morning service overlooking Manly Beach.

Join a premier hospitality group with award-winning venues and strong training ethos, offering a salary of A$70,000–A$75,000 plus super and staff discounts. You will manage breakfast operations with flair, coaching a front-of-house team in a fast-paced coastal setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in cafe/restaurant.
• Strong barista skills with espresso experience.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor front-of-house teams.
• Current NSW RSA competency card.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise breakfast service ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Prepare espresso coffee and support cafe operations during peak periods.
• Coordinate daily floor operations and service flow.
• Coach, mentor and motivate front-of-house team.
• Assist with opening procedures, cash handling and POS operations.
• Handle guest inquiries professionally and resolve issues.
